Cancellation by You 

1. More than 5 days before the Experience: you may cancel your booking before the final balance becomes due. Any payments made directly to company will be refunded. Any deposit paid through Rentsy will be managed in accordance with Rentsy's applicable terms and conditions. 
2. 5 days or less before the Experience: once final payment has been made, the booking is non-refundable. At the discretion of our company, you may request to transfer your booking to another available date, or receive a credit valid for 3 months. 

No-show: if you do not attend without prior cancellation, no refund, transfer or credit will be provided. 

Group Numbers 

1. A minimum booking of 6 paid participants is required for an Experience. 
2. Final participant numbers must be confirmed no later than 5 days before the Experience. Once confirmed and paid, a reduction in participant numbers will not reduce the total booking price. 

Participant substitutions are welcome at no additional charge. Additional participants may be added subject to availability and payment of the applicable additional fees.

Payment Terms 

1. A 10% booking deposit is payable through Rentsy to secure the requested date. 
2. The remaining balance must be paid directly to Cosmically Connected no later than 5 days prior to the Experience. 
3. Bookings made within 5 days of the Experience require the remaining balance to be paid immediately upon confirmation. 

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the booking being cancelled
