  Price include set up and pack down for a 1 day hire

50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the event date. If you are booking within 3 weeks of your event date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. 

All cancellations require 3 weeks notice and will result in the loss of the deposit. Partial refunds may be issued if the booking is cancelled within 3 weeks of the event date depending on how much notice is given.
