This package includes:

• 2x Rockers
• 1x Animal Hopper
• Soft Play Mats
• White Fencing

This creates a total play area of 3m x 9m.
The shape of the play area can be adjusted to suit other spaces.
A power source within 20m of the play area is required for the jumping castle blower.

Extra hoppers or rockers can be arranged for an additional charge.

Delivery information

• Delivery charges cover standard delivery, set up, pack down and collection to the Gold Coast.
• Our crew require a safe place to park and unload.
• A standard delivery assumes there are no special considerations, such as extended distance between where our crew parks the van and where setup will be, use of stairs, paid parking etc. We will discuss the delivery logistics with you prior to confirming your booking.
• Please allow our crew at least 1 hour to set up this play package.
• Once the package is set up it is not to be moved or rearranged. Our crew ensures the set up provides a safe environment for guests. Any change to the layout or arrangement by hirers could impact on guests’ safety and cause damage to the equipment.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your date. This amount will be deducted from your booking fee total.

Bond

• A security bond of $200 is required for all bookings.
• The $200 bond will be returned within 5 business days after collection of the hired equipment and inspection for any damages or missing components.
• Please note the age restriction for this play set, including all soft play, ball pit and jumping castle, is 5 years old. Use by older children will damage the equipment.
• Any costs related to damages or missing items that require repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the hirer. The cost to repair or replace an item will be deducted from the $200 bond. Any costs to repair or replace an item exceeding the $200 bond will be billed to the hirer.

Payment

• The “Booking Fee” includes the hire fee and delivery fee.
• The remaining balance of the booking fee, plus the $200 bond, must be paid 14 days prior to the event.
• If the balance is not received 14 days prior to the event, the provider will cancel the booking. Any balances paid (including the $200 bond) will be refunded to the hirer and the $100 non-refundable deposit will be retained by the provider. 
• All bookings received within 14 days of the event must be paid in full to secure your date, and are subject to our cancellation policy below.

Weather

It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide a sheltered position for the hired equipment to be set up. Wet weather and high winds can cause damage to equipment and pose a safety hazard to guests. All outdoor events require suitable wet weather or wind alternatives, such as setting up indoors or under a solid structure like a patio roof. A marquee or gazebo may provide some shade but this is not deemed a solid structure and will not protect the equipment or guests from rain or wind. Please read “Cancellations due to weather” conditions carefully.

Cancellations

• All cancellations made 14 days prior to the event: $100 non-refundable deposit will be retained by the provider. All other funds received will be refunded to the hirer.
• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to the event: $200 bond and 50% of the entire booking fee will be refunded to the hirer.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: 100% of the booking fee will be retained by the provider. $200 bond will be refunded to the hirer.
• Cancellations by the Provider: In the rare event that the provider needs to cancel the booking (for reasons other than weather), all funds received will be returned to the hirer, including the $100 deposit, booking fees and $200 bond. An alternative provider will also be recommended to the hirer.

Cancellations due to weather

• The provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if the hirer cannot provide a suitable sheltered position for the equipment, either indoors or under a solid shelter structure.
• If an outdoor event or setup cannot proceed due to weather conditions such as rain or wind, and delivery has not yet commenced, the hirer will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee plus $200 bond.
• If delivery has already commenced the hirer will receive a refund of the $200 bond and 50% of the booking fee, minus the delivery fee.
• This play package includes a small inflatable jumping castle. It is not safe to operate a jumping castle in high winds or gusts. If during set up the provider determines that the winds or gusts are too high to safely operate the jumping castle, and there are no indoor alternatives, it will be removed from the play area and no refund will be provided.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• No shoes to be worn in the play area
• No face paint
• No glitter or slime
• No food or drink
• No water play
