🌿 Indoor & Outdoor Hire

Lily can be set up indoors or outdoors, provided a clean, flat and suitable area is available.

For outdoor events, the setup must be positioned in a suitable sheltered area and protected from rain, strong winds and unsuitable weather conditions.

Special Requirements & Payment Terms

Thank you for choosing Tiny Luxe Co for your special event. To ensure a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience, please read the following hire requirements carefully before confirming your booking.

Delivery, Set-Up & Collection

Delivery fees include delivery, professional set-up, pack-down and collection of your Tiny Luxe Co hire package within our standard service area.

Our team requires a safe and accessible area to park and unload the vehicle as close as reasonably possible to the setup location.

Standard delivery applies where there are no additional access requirements. Additional charges may apply where there is:

A long distance between parking and the setup area

Stairs or difficult access

Paid parking or parking restrictions

Multiple flights of stairs

Difficult or restricted access

Other circumstances that significantly increase setup or collection time

We will discuss any special access or delivery requirements with you before your booking is confirmed.

Please allow our team at least 1 hour for set-up, depending on the size and complexity of your package.

Once your setup has been completed, the equipment must not be moved, rearranged or altered by the hirer or guests.

Our team carefully arranges each setup to ensure the equipment is stable and provides a safe environment for children. Moving or rearranging equipment may create a safety risk and can result in damage to the hired items.

Tiny Luxe Co reserves the right to charge the hirer for any damage caused by unauthorised movement or rearrangement of the equipment.

Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date.

Your booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The $100 deposit will be credited towards your total booking fee.

The deposit may be transferred to another available date at the discretion of Tiny Luxe Co, subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Security Bond

A $150 refundable security bond is required for all bookings.

The bond must be paid together with the remaining balance 14 days prior to your event.

The bond will be returned within 5 business days following collection of the equipment, provided all items have been returned in their original condition and no damage, loss or missing items have been identified.

Tiny Luxe Co will inspect all equipment following each hire.

Any costs associated with damage, excessive cleaning, loss or missing equipment may be deducted from the security bond.

If the cost of damage, loss or replacement exceeds the $150 bond, the hirer will be responsible for paying the remaining amount.

Age Restrictions

Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0–5 years, unless otherwise stated for a specific package.

Children outside the recommended age range must not use the equipment, as inappropriate use may cause damage and create a safety risk.

Payment

Your Booking Fee includes the applicable hire and delivery fees.

The remaining balance of your booking fee, together with the $150 security bond, must be paid 14 days prior to your event date.

If payment is not received by the due date, Tiny Luxe Co reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the date available to another customer.

In this circumstance, any remaining balance or security bond already paid will be refunded, while the $100 non-refundable deposit will be retained.

Bookings made within 14 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the date.

All bookings are subject to Tiny Luxe Co's cancellation and weather policies.

Weather & Outdoor Set-Ups

The hirer is responsible for providing a suitable, safe and sheltered location for the equipment.

Weather conditions, particularly rain, strong winds and extreme heat, can affect the safety and condition of our equipment.

For outdoor bookings, the hirer must have a suitable alternative location available, such as:

An indoor area

A suitable patio or covered area

Another solid, weather-protected structure

A standard marquee or gazebo may provide shade but does not necessarily provide adequate protection from rain or wind and may not be considered a suitable sheltered location.

Tiny Luxe Co reserves the right to refuse or modify a setup if the location or weather conditions are considered unsafe.

Please ensure you read our Weather Cancellation Policy before booking an outdoor setup.

Cancellations

Cancellation 14+ Days Before Your Event

If you cancel 14 days or more before your event date:

The $100 non-refundable deposit will be retained.

Any other booking funds paid will be refunded.

The $150 security bond will be refunded where applicable.

Cancellation 7–14 Days Before Your Event

For cancellations made 7–14 days before your event:

The $100 deposit will be retained.

50% of the booking fee will be retained.

The remaining 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

The $150 security bond will be refunded.

Cancellation Within 7 Days

For cancellations made within 7 days of your event:

The booking fee is non-refundable.

The $150 security bond will be refunded, provided no equipment has been damaged or other charges are outstanding.

Cancellations by Tiny Luxe Co

In the unlikely event that Tiny Luxe Co needs to cancel your booking for reasons within our control, all funds paid will be refunded, including:

$100 deposit

Booking fee

$150 security bond

Where reasonably possible, Tiny Luxe Co may also assist by recommending an alternative hire provider.

Weather Cancellations

Tiny Luxe Co reserves the right to cancel or modify an outdoor booking where weather conditions make it unsafe to operate the equipment.

If the hirer cannot provide a suitable sheltered location and the weather prevents the setup from safely proceeding:

If delivery has not commenced:

The hirer will receive:

50% refund of the booking fee

100% refund of the $150 security bond

The original $100 deposit will remain non-refundable.

If delivery or set-up has already commenced:

The hirer will receive:

50% refund of the booking fee, less the applicable delivery fee

100% refund of the $150 security bond, provided there are no damage or other outstanding charges.

Inflatable Equipment

Some Tiny Luxe Co packages may include inflatable equipment.

Inflatables must not be operated in unsafe wind conditions. If our team determines during setup that wind or weather conditions are unsuitable for safe operation, the inflatable may be removed from the setup.

Where the inflatable cannot be safely operated due to weather and there is no suitable indoor alternative, the inflatable will not be used. No refund will be provided for the removal of an individual item where the remainder of the booking can safely proceed.

The safety of our customers, guests and equipment will always take priority.

Rules of Play

To keep our equipment clean, safe and looking beautiful for every little guest, the following rules must be followed:

Suitable for children 0–5 years, unless otherwise specified for the individual package.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

No shoes are permitted in the soft play area.

No face paint.

No glitter, confetti or slime.

No food or drinks within the play area.

No water play.

No sharp objects, toys or other items that could damage the equipment.

No climbing on equipment that is not designed for climbing.

Equipment must not be dragged, moved or rearranged.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring all guests follow the rules of play.

Tiny Luxe Co reserves the right to stop use of the equipment if these rules are not followed or if we believe the equipment is being used in an unsafe manner.
