Special Requirements / Payment Terms
- Power access: Reliable power is required at the setup location (standard outlets). If power is limited/unstable, tell us in advance so we can plan (or quote an eco generator option if needed).
- Weather protection (outdoor events): All equipment must be kept dry and undercover. Outdoor setups are weather dependent; we may delay/modify/stop operation in heavy rain, strong wind, or lightning.
- Setup space: You must provide a suitable area for DJ table/booth, speakers, and lighting stands with safe clearances and no trip hazards.
- Safe access / bump-in: Clear access from vehicle to setup area. Advise beforehand about stairs, lifts, narrow hallways/doors, long carry distances, or strict venue bump-in/out times.
- Cable safety: Cables will be routed for safety. You must allow for cable runs along edges/walls and keep high-traffic areas clear. If the venue requires cable covers/taping, advise us prior.
- Noise restrictions: You must inform us of any curfews, volume limits, neighbours, or venue sound rules before the event starts.
- Performance area safety: Guests must not touch/move equipment, stands, or cables. A “no-go” zone around speakers/lighting is required.
- Responsible contact on-site: A nominated event contact must be available for quick decisions (schedule changes, announcements, venue issues).
- Run sheet / key moments: Provide timing for speeches, cake, first dance, announcements, etc., before the event (even a simple list is fine).
- Overtime: If the event runs past the agreed finish time, overtime charges may apply (subject to availability).
- Venue permissions: Client is responsible for any venue approvals required for equipment, power use, and sound levels.
- Damage responsibility: Any damage/loss caused by guests or misuse during the hire period is the client’s responsibility.
