What is Swimming Mermaid Entertainment?

Make your pool party fintastic with a real-life swimming mermaid! Our Swimming Mermaid Party is a magical, splash-filled experience where your child gets to meet and play with a mermaid — in real life! Whether lounging by the water or swimming alongside your little sea explorers, our mermaid brings the ocean to you.

Please note: While our entertainers provide magical fun, they are not responsible for supervising children in or around the water. A parent or nominated responsible adult must be present and actively supervising all pool activities at all times. Additionally, a second host is required to facilitate the land activities.

Our entertainers adapt the activities based on the group’s swimming abilities, age, and pool setup.

What Age Does This Party Suit?

Mermaid parties are perfect for ages 5 and up. All water-based activities are optional, and dry-land games can be added for guests who prefer to stay dry. Safety is our top priority — we work with you to ensure a fun and safe experience for every child.

PAYMENT:

• A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking confirmation. 
• Remaining balance is due no later than three days prior to the booking.
• A $15 processing fee will be added to the balance for all electronic payment merchants (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card).

CANCELLATION:

• If an event is cancelled more than 2 weeks of the event date, a fee of $100 per entertainer per event is applicable.
• If an event is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date, 50% of the total is due.
• If an event is cancelled within 5 days of the event, 80% of the total is due. 
• If an event is cancelled within 24hrs of the event, 100% of the total is due.

• Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. However, this will be applied towards any cancellation fees.

TRAVEL FEES: 

Additional travel fees may be incurred depending on location of event, number of characters & travel time.
