Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Additional fees may be incurred based on location, labour, set up and items
We require a minimum of a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking at the time you make your booking unless the booking is made for an event within the next 48 hours. If the booking is made within 48 hours of the event date, the full payment will be due at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
(a) All deposits are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law;
(b) If the full amount of the booking has been paid and cancellation is made 21 or more days prior to your event, the full amount will be refunded less the amount of the deposit (20%).
(c) If the full amount has been paid and cancellation is made les than 21 days prior to your event, no refund will be given.
