- 30pax including The Couple (max 90pax)
- Garden Venue hire for 2 hours of complete privacy for you & your guests
- Wedding coordinator to manage your Ceremony
- Ceremony includes Americana chairs & signing table
- Private coach to bring your guests to and from our venue
- Beautiful garden setting for your everlasting photography
- 6 car parks are available for celebrant, photographer, videographer, and couples choice.
CONDITIONS:
- Live acoustic music is permitted
- All outside suppliers must be approved by the venue
- Evergreen Garden Venue is an outdoor venue that closes by 9 pm
- Extra guests are $60 per head – Limit 90 persons
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
- 50% of the package price secures your date
- Remaining balance due one month prior to event date
- Public Liability Insurance of external suppliers required
- Agreement of terms and conditions required upon initial payment
