Special Requirements & Terms

Booking & Payment

• A 10% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your event.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before your event – your booking deposit is forfeited.
• 14–30 days before your event – 50% of the total hire fee is payable.
• Within 14 days of your event – 100% of the total hire fee is payable.

As we reserve your selected items exclusively for your event, late cancellations often prevent us from accepting other bookings.

Security Bond

A refundable security bond applies to all bookings. The bond amount will be advised at the time of booking depending on the items hired.

The bond will be refunded within 3 business days following collection and inspection of all hire items.

Repair, replacement or professional cleaning costs resulting from damage, loss, theft, excessive staining or misuse may be deducted from the bond. Where costs exceed the bond amount, the customer agrees to cover the additional expense.

Indoor & Outdoor Use

Our furniture and décor are suitable for both indoor and outdoor events.

For outdoor use:

• Items must be positioned on level, stable ground.
• Furniture, rugs and décor must be protected from rain, mud, standing water and excessive wind.
• An undercover backup location must be available if wet weather is forecast.
• Rugs should not be placed on muddy or saturated surfaces.

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery and collection times will be confirmed prior to your event.
• Please ensure safe and unobstructed access for setup and collection.
• Customers are responsible for all hire items from delivery until collection.

Care of Hire Items

Our collection has been carefully selected to create timeless, elegant event spaces. We ask that all items are treated with care and respect throughout the hire period.

Please:

• Do not stand on furniture.
• Do not drag furniture across hard surfaces.
• Do not use nails, staples, screws, permanent adhesives or tape that may damage the furniture or décor.
• Only use enclosed candle holders if candles are included in your styling.
• Keep food and drinks away from upholstered furniture where possible.

Vintage Collection

Many of our pieces are genuine vintage furniture with their own unique character and history.

Natural timber grain, leather patina, small marks and signs of age are part of the authentic charm of these pieces and should not be considered defects.

Photographs may also appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, editing and venue styling.

Please return all hire items in the same clean and undamaged condition so they can be enjoyed by the next couple celebrating their special day.
