After hours pick up may be available, please discuss at the time of booking.

Surfers Paradise location:

Monday 7:30am – 5pm

Tuesday 7:30am – 5pm

Wednesday 7:30am – 5pm

Thursday 7:30am – 5pm

Friday 7:30am – 5pm

Saturday 8am – 2pm

Sunday 8am – 2pm

Surfers Paradise pick ups after hours can be arranged with more than 24 hours notice.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

10% due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. Bond is required to secure your booking.

Payments and bond can only be made by credit card.

1. You may cancel a booking with us any time before the day you are due to collect your vehicle.

2. If you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time a full refund will be issued.

3. If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the pickup time but less than 48 hours, you will be refunded the pre-paid amount less a cancellation fee of up to $85.00.

4. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup you will be refunded the pre-paid amount less a cancellation fee of up to $165.00

5. If the value of the reservation is less than the cancellation fee, you will not be charged any further amount and will not be entitled to any refund

6. If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the pick-up time and do not collect the vehicle on the pick-up date, a no-show fee of the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited.

Monday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
