Full payment is required for booking confirmation. A hire agreement will need to be signed in order to confirm the booking. 

If weather is from our side, going to impact on safety guidelines and damage the jumping castle we will cancel the delivery and set up. A credit is applied and can be used within 12 months. If the weather is looking unfavourable we will call you the morning of your event to run through options.

All cancellation require 7 days notice. No refunds will be issued however rescheduling may be permitted based on availablilty.
