Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Minimum 1 hour booking
$100 deposit required at the time of booking
Balance of payment is required 7 days prior to booking date
Bookings which take place inside of 7 days will require full payment at the time of booking
Notice of cancellations must be received via email more than 48 hours prior to the booking date or the deposit will be forfeited
Terms & Conditions
• The company shall not be held accountable in case of mechanical breakdown during the charter and will only undertake to compensate for lost time on a mutually agreed-upon date.
• The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage inflicted upon the vehicle throughout the rental period, either by themselves or any accompanying individuals.
• Additional charges for cleaning may be applied for vomiting, spillage of drinks, Food etc reaching up to $500.00, depending on the damage to vehicle.
• The consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited by law; any resulting fines will be borne by the customer.
• The driver retains the authority to terminate the trip without reimbursement in cases of blatant misconduct or verbal abuse on the part of the client(s).
• Smoking & Vaping is strictly forbidden in all of our vehicles.
• Only handbags/backpacks are allowed within the vehicle.
• Should the hirer cause damage to the vehicle, they will be held responsible for any losses incurred due to missed or cancelled bookings while the vehicle is under repair.
• While we strive to provide the requested vehicle type, in case of breakdown or accidents, the next best available vehicle will be dispatched.
• Waiting time charges will be applicable after the initial 15 minutes from the agreed-upon booking time.
• In instances where the booking is later revealed to be for a wedding transfer, after it was initially made, the company reserves the right to modify and invoice the booking according to wedding-related rates.
• Loading the vehicles beyond their seating capacity is prohibited.
