Important Hire Information

Professional installation recommended.
This floral arbour is a freestanding decorative structure and must be installed on a stable, level surface. It must not be moved, altered, climbed on or used for any purpose other than its intended decorative use.

Outdoor use is weather dependent.
For safety, the arbour may not be installed or may need to be relocated in strong winds, storms or other unsafe weather conditions. Final placement is subject to site conditions on the day.

Venue approval is the hirer’s responsibility.
The hirer must confirm that the venue permits freestanding arbours, floral installations and any required anchoring or weighting methods. Some parks and venues have restrictions on pegs, stakes or attaching items to buildings, trees or other structures.

Delivery and setup access.
Suitable vehicle access, loading access and reasonable setup time must be available. Stairs, long-distance carrying, restricted access or difficult site conditions may incur additional charges.

Security Bond
A refundable security bond is required for all hire items. The bond will be refunded after the item has been returned or collected and inspected, provided it is returned in the same condition as supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

The bond may be retained in full or in part to cover loss, theft, damage, excessive cleaning, missing components or unauthorised alterations to the hire item.
