Minimum 30 to 60 Guests.

Your grazing table includes:

A curated selection artisan cheeses and 60 sliders
Premium cured meats & antipasto
Seasonal fresh fruit & vegetable display, styled as edible art
Crackers, crispbreads & accompaniments
House-made dips
Disposable plates & napkins
Full set-up, styling and pack-down included

Example : savoury options (for your 60 sliders):

* Pesto Pasta Salad: penne, basil pesto, bocconcini, semi-dried tomatoes & spinach

Brisket-filled Empanadas

Empanadas with a brisket filling (one empanada = one piece).

Glamorous Rose Potato – standout vegetarian option

A beautiful, elegant vegetarian bite — great for Brisbane events, parties and gourmet platters. Each 120g portion is made with:

🥔 Tender potatoes
🧄 A hint of garlic
🧀 Creamy milk, cheese cream & Emmental
🥚 Egg yolk

Wraps — cut into 3 pieces

Wrap filling options:

Meat Lovers: chicken breast slices, ham, salami
Vegetarian: mixed grains, baby spinach & kale, cheese, dried tomatoes

Example: if you choose 10 wraps, that becomes 30 pieces (cut into 3).
Triangle Sandwich Platters — cut into 4
Each sandwich is cut into 4 triangles.

Example: 20 sandwiches becomes 80 triangles.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

Payment Terms

Deposit: 20% non-refundable to secure the date (strictly non-refundable under any circumstances)
Final Payment: Due 10 days before event
Cancellations: 80% refund of payments made (excluding deposit) if cancelled with at least 10 days’ notice

15% surcharge applies for Sunday or public holiday events

Tuesday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Wednesday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday - Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
