Special Requirements / Payment Terms

$1000 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 2 week prior to the charter date.

All cancellations require more than 28 days notice prior to charter date and will forfeit the deposit.

If the charter is cancelled within 14-28 days of charter date, you may be able to reschedule the charter based on the company's availability.

If the charter is cancelled within 14 days of charter date, no refunds are issued.

In the event of inclement weather, there is a spacious undercover deck, so your event can go ahead rain or shine. This feature is a truly unique aspect of the charter. We’re one of the only private charter boats on the Gold Coast that has the undercover space to allow all guests to continue to mingle and celebrate regardless of the weather. If conditions are deemed unsafe, we’ll reschedule your charter.
