It is a manual walker to aid when you are walking, when you are tried, you can convert it to a electric wheelchair with controller, and when you wish your attendant to push you can use the attendant controller to maneuver . • Delivery Address If the customer would like us to deliver to their hotel, please organise with the reception to receive on behalf and a charging source as the scooter does not fit into lifts or corridors of the accommodation. The scooter is to be parked in the secure parking lot. Airbnb or private lease customer has to give us the contact number of the local contact for your accommodation. • Min 1 week booking • Full Payment due at time of booking • Hirer’s credit card details will be retained and used for any further charges incurred • Extension available • We accept Credit Cards payment only • Three working days advance notice is required for cancellation and refund. • The item/s shall always remain the property of Scooterland Mobility. • The hirer acknowledges that the use of the item/s has the potential to cause injury, damage or loss to both the hirer and any other person or property, and further acknowledges that this use is entirely at their own risk. • The hirer accepts total liability should any claim be made by any person or persons in respect to any injury or damage caused by the hirer whilst he or she is in charge or control of the item/s, (control being the total time hired by the hirer both start and end dates inclusive). The Queensland Government regulations require that the hirer to comply with the following road rules (1) Use the footpath at all times or, if unsuitable, as close to the side of the road as possible. (2) Use the most direct route available when crossing a road (3) Travel at a speed not in excess of 10kph (4) Exercise due care and attention in regard to the safety of others.
