Customised Live Music and DJ packages for Corporate Events.

The quote is based upon supplying sufficient audio equipment for up to 100 guests. Guest numbers above that may change the quoted cost due to additional equipment being required.

Additional travel fees may be incurred based on the location of the event.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

Non refundable deposit of $350 is due at the time of booking.

You accept that all outstanding balances must be paid to Luke Yeaman, in full, no less than 30 calendar days prior to the performance. Non-payment of balance on time will result in your booked date being made available for other bookings and/or cancelled without a refund of the booking fee.

All bookings are non-refundable within 42 days of the booking. If the event is cancelled prior to the 42 days cut oﬀ date, a cancellation fee of $150 must be paid to Luke Yeaman. You are able to have one free date change or reschedule. Subsequent date changes are $150 per change. All monies paid are transferable as a credit to another date within 18 months of the original date, after 18 months the credit is cancelled without a refund.

Volume, Luke Yeaman will play within your chosen venues decibel limits and at a level that does not harm hearing or disturb neighbours.

We are not responsible for your chosen venues noise restrictions.

You and your chosen venue are responsible for providing a reliable and safe power supply within 7 metres of our performing position Luke Yeaman requires an exclusive workspace of at least 2m x 2m with additional space for speakers. Upon our arrival this area needs to be clear. You acknowledge that if any of my equipment, instruments or property is damaged directly due to the actions of you, or any persons invited by you, to attend the event, you are liable for the full cost of replacement or repair of those exact items.

Luke Yeaman is covered by personal liability insurance, but not equipment insurance. For outdoor events, Luke Yeaman reserves the right to not set up equipment if bad weather is forecast.
