50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking; the remaining balance can be settled anytime 2 weeks prior to the event date.

If the booking date is within 2 weeks of event date, full payment is due at the time of booking. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Our performers are happy to perform in light rain, if a cancellation is made, there are no refunds. However, you will have a credit for 12 months as long as it's cancelled at least 48 hours before the event.

If severe weather (e.g., storms, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions) prevents the event from proceeding:

A 50% rescheduling fee will apply to cover the performers' time, preparation, and lost opportunities. 

Weather can be unpredictable, so we always recommend a backup plan! 

On land, we do musical statues, Simon (mermaid) says, charades, etc. So we are adaptable!

A supervising adult is required.
