Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Hire Period Standard hire period: 3 days. Extended hire available on request. Minimum Hire $500 minimum per booking for delivery option. $150 minimum for DIY pick-up from Currumbin. Booking & Deposit 30% deposit required to confirm booking (unless booking is within 7 days of the hire date, in which case full payment is required). Remaining balance due 7 days prior to collection or installation. Booking is confirmed once deposit or full payment is received. A bond is required at the time of booking. This bond will be refunded in full when items are collected, provided there is no damage. Additional set-up fees may apply depending on location, logistics, or parking restrictions. Pickup option available from Currumbin for all items except our luxury marquee. Collection or pickup must be coordinated in advance. Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 30 days: payments are non-refundable. Item Care & Responsibility Items must be used as intended. Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Items should be returned clean and undamaged. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Booking Requirements Confirm hire period (standard 3 days). Pay deposit (30%) or full payment if booking is within 7 days, with remaining balance due 7 days prior for other bookings. Bond required at booking. Provide delivery/pick-up address. Confirm date & time for collection or installation.
