Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Booking & Payment
- 30% deposit is required at the time of booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days prior to installation
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before event: deposit refunded minus $50 admin fee
- Within 30 days: payments non-refundable
Weather & Safety
Your safety and the safety of our team is our priority. Our marquee is fully weatherproof, and sidewalls can be added for extra protection. If severe weather makes installation unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a credit.
