Special Requirements / Payment Terms
We require a 10% + $100 deposit due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your booking, and you will receive an email reminder. We confirm delivery and pickup 3-5 days before your booking as it depends on a number of factors such as how many bookings, the type and their location. We will be setup before 4pm at the latest but it's usually earlier. We also don't typically pick up the tent before 10am as we want it to be dry on pickup.
All our tents are off grid so power is not required.
Our tents are waterproof to a point. All tents will leak if anything is touching the sides, and they may leak if it torrential pours for hours on end. But canvas is naturally water repellent, so the water normally beads and rolls off.
Our 4.5m bell tent requires 6m x 6m of grass to be staked into the ground securely. We are unable to set up on timber, patios, concrete, fake turf, etc... nor can we tie the ropes to fences, trees or into garden beds.
Cancellation is allowed up to 3 weeks before the booking. You are able to reschedule up to 8am the day of the party due to weather and you can rebook up to 12 months from the original date.
