Balloon colours and giant light numbers are fully chosen by you, and backdrop colours are subject to availability. We also include a fully personalised message on the backdrop to make your event even more special 💫

Installation Requirements

• Setup time: We require 1 to 2.5 hours before the event starts for installation.
• Pack-down time: We need up to 1 to 1.5 hours after the event ends for collection.
• Managing permits for the use of community halls, or venues is the client's responsibility.
• Setup can only be installed on a clean, dry and smooth floor. Please read our Term and conditions policy
• The client must inform us in advance if the parking is far from the setup area, if there are stairs along the way, or if there are any other obstacles that may complicate the transport of the our items. Please note that stairs or difficult access for installation may result in an additional fee added to the final price.

Refundable Bond

A refundable bond $100 is required for the structure, just to make sure everything comes back in perfect shape. Once it's checked, your bond will be returned right away (refundable within 2 days post-event).

Insured

Even though our structures are safe and carefully design, we don't want to leave anything to chance. We have insurance to cover any incident that could affect people. This way, you can enjoy with complete peace of mind.

Rules of Use

• No food, face painting or drinks nearly to the decoration
• No jumping or rough movement
• Do not touch or lean on the structures
• Do not remove or tamper with decor
• No smoking nearly to the decoration
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all time
