Mexican Taco Station Catering Package (2 Meat and 1 Vegetarian option)
Description
Step into tradition with our Taco station. A literal feast for your guests to enjoy with slow cooked meats, as well as lots of vegetarian options, warm tortillas, fresh homemade salsas, billowing bowls of guacamole with corn chips and other accompaniments. A hour and half of taco eating pleasure with our friendly staff to help with topping up your dishes and keeping the tortillas coming fresh and hot just like you would get in Mexico. Did I mention that we only use traditional nixtamized corn tortillas? That makes this delicious option completely gluten free without compromising flavour.

Carne
Al Pastor
Succulent pork marinated in our pastor marinade and slow roasted for 6 hours. Served with a fresh pineapple salsa
Beef barbacoa
Tender beef slow cooked in a chilli broth.
Tinga de pollo
Shredded chicken breast stewed in a tomato and chipotle sauce with chunks of potato.
Cochinita pibil
Pork marinated in achiote and slow cooked in banana leaves. Served traditionally with habanero pickled onions
Pollo Asado
Grilled chicken pieces with Chile poblano and onion
Carnitas
Pork marinated in citrus and cooked confit style. So juicy and tender.

Papas Diablo
Tender chunks of potato stewed in a tomato and chipotle Chile sauce
Rajas con crema
Slices of poblano and jalapeño in a garlic and cream sauce with baby spinach.
Papas con queso
Potatoes stewed with sticky onion with crumbled queso fresco

Pinto beans stewed in a chipotle and tomato sauce

A full taco station with your choice of two meat and one vegeterian filling $40 per person
Package two
A full taco station with your choice of two meat and one vegeterian filling with Esquites (Mexican street corn) for $47 per person
Package Three
A full taco station with your choice of two meat and one vegetarian filling with sliders for $49 per person
Package four
A full taco station with your choice of two meat and one vegeterian filling with a grazing table that includes bowls of guacamole, corn chips and pico de gallo around the room for people to nibble on, Mexican street corn cups, extra heat level salsas, Cactus salad cups and refried beans for $55 per person.
All packages run for 1.5 hours and includes staff. We will need approximately an hour to and hour and a half to set up a taco station. and will need access to water and electricity.
The taco station can be set up without the use of a kitchen.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
We require two fold out or 1 large table to be set up near a power point undercover.
We will need approximately 1.5 hours to set up the station.
We require a 10% deposit to lock the date in with full payment and final number of guests two weeks before your event.
