Private Catering Experience + Table Styling Package

Description

A relaxed but elevated private dining experience designed around beautiful seasonal produce and generous shared plates.

Includes everything in the Private Dining Experience plus a fully styled table setting.

Includes
• Custom seasonal menu
• 2 starters, 2 mains, seasonal sides and salads
• Onsite head chef
• Styled tables tables
• Dinnerware, cutlery and linen napkin hire
• Ceramic serving platters
• Table styling elements with floral tablescapes

Add ons
• Service staff $45 per hour per staff member
• Welcome canapés $25 pp
• Tiramisu tray add on $15 pp
• Chocolate fountain with dipping fruit $550
• Fully set up bar and service (available on request)

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.

If you are booking within 2 weeks of the event date, full payment will be due.

Kitchen Requirements
Client must provide access to a functional kitchen with oven, stovetop and running water unless otherwise arranged.

Staffing
Staffing requirements will be determined based on guest numbers and event style.

Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements can be accommodated with notice.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable due to preparation and date reservation.

Breakages
Client is responsible for loss or damage to hired items.

Access
Minimum 1.5 hours setup time required before event and minimum 1 hour pack down time.
