To Start
Tuna crudo, spicy nduja, tomato pulp, micro herb
Eggplant agrodolce, Byron Bay buratta, crispy
ciabatta
Main
Local market fish, roast tomato and capsicum
sauce, Salumi chorizo crumb
Organic slow cooked lamb, bone broth jus,
salsa verde, tzatziki
Olive oil roast dutch creams, parmesan,
chimichurri
Cucumber, yellow peach, basil, and mint salad
To Finish
Pomegranate molasses plums, coconut crumble, vanilla whip
Add ons
• Service staff $45 per hour per staff member
• Welcome canapés $25 per person
• Dessert add on $15 per person
Please note, as we hand source all of our produce from our local Farmers Market, our menus are subject to change with seasonality and availability. Min 15 pax per booking
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
If you are booking within 2 weeks of the event date, full payment will be due.
Kitchen Requirements
Client must provide access to a functional kitchen with oven, stovetop and running water unless otherwise arranged.
Staffing
Staffing requirements will be determined based on guest numbers and event style.
Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements can be accommodated with notice.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable due to preparation and date reservation.
Breakages
Client responsible for loss or damage to hired items.
Access
Minimum 1.5 hours setup time required before event.
