8:45am – 9:00am | Setup & decorations (supplied by client)
9:00am – 9:10am | Welcome & live entertainment
9:10am – 10:10am | Circus, Acro & Aerial play
10:10am – 10:40am | Cake cutting & presents (supplied by client)
10:40am – 11:00am | Pack down and farewell
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
DEPOSIT: $200 Deposit is due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event date.
Waivers of participants must be signed before attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than 14 days before the event: 75% refund (25% retained to cover administration and preparation costs).
7–14 days before the event: 50% refund of the total booking fee.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund available, as staff, equipment, and logistics have already been allocated. In the event that you must cancel within 7 days, we may at our discretion offer a partial credit towards a future booking if extraordinary circumstances apply (e.g. serious illness or emergency).
