Little Zen Stars is a unique mindfulness experience designed specifically for children, combining movement, breathing exercises, storytelling, emotional awareness activities and the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Children learn practical tools to help them recognise emotions, regulate their bodies, develop self-awareness and build confidence in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate way.

Available for 1hr or 2hr sessions.

Available across South East Queensland, bringing mindfulness, sound and connection directly to early learning centres, schools, community groups and family events.

A 50% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due on the event day. All cancellations result in the forfeit of the deposit.
