Please note the following cancellation terms:

20% deposit is non-refundable on all bookings.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before your event will receive a 50% refund only of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding, as event preparation, staffing, stock, and scheduling are arranged in advance to deliver the best possible experience.

Deposit is 50% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due before the event day.
