Special Requirements / Payment Terms
$100 (non refundable) deposit required at the time of booking. Remaining balance required 2 weeks prior to event date.
Cancellation policy- All cancellations require 2 weeks notice prior to your event date.
If the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of event date, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the company.
Please ensure you have a weather back up plan. Soft play needs to be in full shade.
If having the party at a park, the council may require a permit.
Please ensure there is vehicle access and nearby parking to set up.
