Special Requirements / Payment Terms

25 % deposit is due at the time of the booking, the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event

If a booking is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the scheduled event date, the Company will provide a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit and any balance paid.

If a booking is cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled event date, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the client elects to reschedule the event, the deposit will be retained as a credit valid for up to 12 months from the original event date and may be applied to the rescheduled booking, subject to availability.

Additional booking fees may incurred based on location.
