Experience full creative freedom with exclusive access to both our styled 15m natural-light studio and our clean 7m x 6m cyclorama zone. This premium hire package is ideal for full production days, campaigns, and teams needing space to move, create, and capture without compromise.

Please note:
Access begins strictly at your booked start time.
Your booking includes setup and pack-down time.
A head office and podcast studios operate upstairs; for full privacy, please contact us to request exclusive building access.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session receive a full refund or one complimentary reschedule (subject to availability).
Cancellations made 48 hours–7 days before the session receive a 50% refund or one reschedule (must occur within 30 days).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
No refunds or credits once a session has commenced.
Property & Damage:
Clients are responsible for all damage caused during their booking. Damaged items must be replaced at full retail value. Damage invoices are due within 7 days (10% late fee applies).
Cleaning & Repainting:
$300 cleaning fee if the space is left messy.
$150 repainting fee for marks or scuffs on the cyclorama.
