She has recently been renovated into a luxurious boutique holiday house that can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. This Queenslander style home has a huge wrap-around verandah with stunning views of the Tweed River and the green rolling hills of the valley. This spacious house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including 5 x King Bedrooms (3 with En-suites) and 1 x Queen Bedroom. Can hire the space for the day (not available on weekends) or rent the whole house for a few days. When booking for more than 1 day, you'll have access to the accomodations.

A 40% deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival date. Four weeks notice is required for all cancellations and to receive a full refund. If booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival 50% refund will be issued. Drivers License and copy of Credit card will be taken for security deposits. Up to $500 may charged if major damage to house.
