Perfect for post-ceremony drinks or a small gathering - include glasses and ice for your guest beverages

Canapé Celebration
Celebrate after your ceremony with a selection of five gourmet canapés served for your guests while you enjoy photographs around the lake.

Additional guests: $27 per person

Luxury Grazing Table
A beautifully styled grazing table featuring artisan cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal fruits, crackers and sweet selections for guests to enjoy after the ceremony.

Our venue is perfect for micro weddings of up to 50 guests and offers a relaxed private setting overlooking the lake.
Because we host only a limited number of weddings each month, dates can fill quickly, so feel free to message me if you would like to check availability or arrange a viewing.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

THE LAKE HOUSE ESTATE
Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy

By securing a booking with The Lake House Estate, you agree to the following terms:

Booking and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.

Due to limited availability and the nature of event scheduling, your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within this 30-day period.

Date Transfer Policy

We understand that plans can change.

One date transfer may be permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to your event.
New date must be within 3 months of the original booking and is subject to availability.
Transfers requested within 14 days are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Weather Policy

As this is an outdoor venue, weather conditions are beyond our control.

In the event of unsuitable weather, we will offer a reschedule option (subject to availability), we also can arrange a wet weather option on the estates patio, overlooking lake and pool area
Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related changes.
