Description

Venue Inclusions:

Friday to Sunday access.

1 Day venue hire access with full use of grounds.

9am - 11pm.

1.5hr cleanup window following day (or pay for cleaning).

Venue Hire with full use of grounds.

Vendor set up access (1hr before).

*Up to 150 guests.

100 seated reception 50 cocktail style.

500sqm Hall.

Raised hall stage with simple stage lighting plus fairy light wall.

Main hall ceiling fairy lights.

Wooden arbour (undressed).

4 Wine barrels & stools.

Wooden arbour.

Timber wishing well.

9 Pew bench seats.

Coffee station with urn.

Bathrooms plus accessible bathroom.

Hall furniture.

Bridal Suite (available soon):

2 Seater lounge.

Makeup station with benches, mirrors and seating.

Full length mirror.

Bar Facilities:

Large festoon lit bar with stainless steel benches and bar equipment.

Double keg fridge with dual taps.

3 Bar fridges plus ice machine.

Catering Kitchen Facilities:

Seperate kitchen & prep area.

Stainless sink, Oven, Microwave.

Dishwasher.

Bar fridge (3 door).

Small double electric hot plates.

Outdoor Area:

Fire pit plus firewood.

Drinks bathtub.

Large adjoining festoon lit deck.

Additional Hire Options:

- On-Day Coordinator.

- Additional Cleaning option (after event).

* Additional tables and chairs will need to be hired above 100 guests

* 1.5hr guest cleanup window following day (or pay for additional cleaning)

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

A non-refundable booking fee of $1,200 plus a signing the terms and conditions form is required for a booking to be reserved and confirmed.

Thirty (30) days prior to your Event date, 100% of your remaining balance is required to be paid.

A refundable security bond of $500 is payable prior to your event proceeding and will appear on your invoice when booking and will be included in the aforementioned payment schedule.

Security Bond: Your $500 refundable bond payment will be refunded within fourteen (14) days of departure less any deductions for damages or extra cleaning incurred on the Venue Premises.

Any package reductions or date alterations once booked may incur an administration fee.

This does not apply when updating guest numbers or minor changes that do not reduce package price or invoice.

This does not apply when adding any additional hire items or making changes within the bounds of your included package and inclusions.

This fee is chargeable each separate time you make a revision to your booked package or date.
